Terms and Conditions
- £30-£50 nonrefundable booking fee is required when booking an appointment. This charge applies to treatment appointments where this fee will be deducted from the total treatment cost, or skin products. Although there is a booking fee of £30 required for consultations, this remains free with no obligation to proceed with treatment, the booking fee is redeemable again any subsequent treatments or skin products, or refundable if required ( please note a small handling fee will be charged on any refunds).
- You will receive a receipt of deposit/booking fee and treatment terms and conditions.
- A 24 hour notice period is required to alter or cancel a booking, otherwise, the deposit will be lost. Failing to attend an appointment without cancelling may result in a lost appointment cost. We do appreciate unforeseen circumstances can occur, please contact Alison on 07940887408 as soon as possible to advise on a change of appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you.
